On rounds

I dreamt that I was at work, first I was out in the large courtyard it was daytime when my nursing administrator George walked over to me and told me to come with him to make rounds to check on the patients. We walked through a dimly lit house before we stopped at this room where a 600 lb black woman laying sideways in her bed, she appeared bed ridden. As soon as George and I was about to exit her room, she said “I’m ready now” George replied “what? And she reiterated she was ready now. George appeared annoyed as he grabbed the bed pale and placed it near her butt. She began to release large amounts of feces that looked like oatmeal. It was so much that George had to get another bed pale. She grunted and moaned as she released her bowels in relief. I watched from the corner trying to hide because I didn’t want her to feel embarrassed from me watching her. As George was switching bed pales some of the poop went onto the pee pad that was on the bed then he covered it with another pee pad.
