The white moth amid the white storm
I had a. Dream I went shopping all day with my mom for clothes. When I got home and started hanging them up I realized when I lightly pulled on the sleeves to straighten them out I was breaking them. I wanted to take some back but it was raining very hard outside. My mom, aunt, sister, and Grammy were at the house and my Mamaw was not. My mom told me I should visit her so I said I would, regardless of the coming storm that was supposed to keep people inside. While driving the sky lit up bright white so blinding it momentarily blinded me, then it grew blue and dark, then red and menacing, completely changing the look of everything. I drove through a fence by accident. I thought about leaving without saying anything but I wanted to be honest. They weren’t mad. Lastly I was back home trying to go in but there was a white moth trying to get at me and Nate with me. It was huge and terrifying. Someone outside the car tried to warn me but I laughed it off. When I saw the thing walking to my house I sprinted back to my car barely escaping it. It was the size of my head and long and lanky and didn’t even really look like a moth. It beat against my car roughly. I used my windshield wipers to hit it off but it always came back. When four others cars pulled in around me I sprinted for inside where my niece was having birthday pictures taken against a claw machine one at a time with each friend who came. I helped my mom finish up. She works too hard. Lastly I sent a picture of my tarot cards to my uncle who told me I wasn’t a real witch that my alter needed to be messier with herbs and other witchy things.
