Owning a mansion

8/1/2025|By Soulesk

I was walking around inside my home. The walls were a light blue with a gray hue. I was discovering every room and wondering why it was so big. I realized after some exploring that it was the size of a mansion. Once comfortable I started to plan which rooms would be for what and if certain rooms I'd keep the way they were or change. I decided to start with one room which I had chose to be my sewing room. I was setting the curtains and about to bring in the sewing supplies and dressers, when I heard footsteps far off in the distance. I thought there could be an intruder so I silently crept to the front of my home to check who was there. It was most of my family members. My mom was doing most of the talking. I could hear her saying, "oh and this would go nice here... and would be great if that room was setup like this...oh it's going to look so nice when we fix things" I was upset because I already had just figured out where I was going to put things and what rooms were for what. I start walking opposite of all their directions just to keep an eye on them without them knowing I'm watching. My uncle is there and my cousins who are running around exploring. I stop one of them who came my way from running and tell them to shhhsh. I ask them "why are you guys here?" My cousin says"I don't know, they said they wanted to come fix up this place.. why are you hiding?" I tell them, "I don't want them to see me so don't say you seen me" I go into this pink bathroom I was debating keeping a bathroom to use the restroom. I get out and go back to the sewing room to wait and see for what else I hear. I take a nap and hear banging in my dream while sleeping. When I wake up I decide to use the pink restroom again and when I do the sink is gone and so is the toilet. I get so upset and decide to just go look for my mom. I find her and say "hey, what are you all doing here" she says, "oh, there you are, were here to fix some things" I tell her,"what happened to the bathroom? The sink and toilet are gone" she says oh that's not a bath room anymore it's for laundry" I tell her, "I already know what every room is going to be and I don't need your help fixing things, they're fine the way they are" she said"oh well I know this house needed some things and you gotta have a place to do your laundry" I tell her,"can you just go and get your own mansion to fix, please just leave, all of you"
