Worms in my Hair

I had a dream I was getting chased by a dog but somehow i was really good at parkour, so I jumped right into a narrow window and the dog got stuck there. When I came back home i noticed there was a stain on my bed, and ants were going towards it, I just cleaned it up with water and I flicked the ants away, then I got to sleep. The next day i noticed that my long hair was inhabitated by numerous black slimy larva/worm/centipedes, they were mainly 3 different species, small ones, big long ones, and red ones, the red ones were very different from the other ones, they had like a tilted cone shape, and they had a single eye and something that looked like a short trunk, I removed the other worms with just water, but those red thingies wouldn't come off, so I used tweezers, the mucus that was on their skin was very adhesive, with a bit of force it came off and also ripped some of my hair off, but not too much, and their mucus was also naturally inflammatory.
