Concrete stairwells

Going up and down endless dilapidated abandoned vacant concrete lined stairwells with graffiti 1st to hide I think. Then to leave and it was like a purgatory of unending steps that came out street level like a parking garage but reminiscent of Monroe and Goodman where the chase bank used to be. All I recall.
