Winter Wishes

I was back in college, but my campus resembled the state I am living in now more than the state it’s actually located in. It was fall, and my friends were all preparing for Halloween. I remember being dressed in red, like I was a red m&m or something. It became apparent that I was dating the guy that I had been seeing in real life at the time, and we were going to a party together. I could tell he was nervous and insecure. I guess someone made a comment that he wasn’t cute, but I remember looking back at him and taking his hand, affirming that I thought he was cute. I think I remember walking the campus at night, and honestly he was just being really sweet. I felt so in love, honestly. It was just cute. The scene changed and we were at the beach the next morning. It had snowed, so the sand was covered in white. I was super excited because I had always wanted to see snow on the beach, and I couldn’t wait to take pictures with my camera. He laughed. He said I was so “HDH.” I’m not sure what that means, but it was still cute. For some reason, his parents showed up and suggested he was really special. I had to work remotely, so I headed back to my house.
