Sleep paralysis in my dream

In China. Parents who aren’t my parents start way CB a murder show. I ask them not to watch it. But it’s still playing a pan of a charred dead body on the ground. I guess of a murderer or rapist. There’s two ppl doing judo above his body. I ask my parents to turn it off, they say they will. Something abt not having another channel to switch to. I try to cover my eyes but somehow it’s not working and I still see it. I decide to go lay down in my room suddenly I fall asleep and can’t get the image of the body out of my mind but I can’t move and my hearing sounds like I’m listening to loud music from another house in mine. I realize I’m crying and the only thing I can do is cry louder and louder, which I hope is loud bc I can’t fully hear, so my parents can help wake me up.
