Big Cats
...we were on 96 where WJ starts and I had the girls with me. Down the road and just a little bit away from us, were two lions and a female cheetah. The lions were giving too much attention towards the female but she didn't want anything to do with them. I was kind of annoyed that they seemed to be harassing her. I guess they wanted to mate with her but she wasn't interested. I threw two rocks high and both hit, one for each lion, on their backs. It only distracted them for a second, though. Your dream featuring big cats—lions and a cheetah—can symbolize complex dynamics around protection, boundaries, and social interactions. Lions often represent strength, dominance, or authority, while the cheetah might symbolize grace, independence, or a different kind of power. The female cheetah's reluctance to engage with the lions could suggest themes of autonomy and the importance of respecting personal boundaries. Your role in the dream, stepping in to distract the lions, reflects a protective instinct—looking out for those you care about and trying to mediate situations where others may feel pressured or overwhelmed. The fact that your actions momentarily distracted but did not fully stop the lions suggests that controlling or managing certain external pressures can be challenging, even when intentions are strong. The presence of the younger lion approaching close to you and the girls introduces a nuanced tension: it’s not outright fear, but a feeling of unease or caution. This might symbolize awareness of potential risks or unknown factors that aren’t immediately threatening but still require attentiveness. Overall, the dream touches on themes of guardianship, respect for autonomy, and navigating interpersonal dynamics with subtle but important boundaries. It invites reflection on how you balance protection with trust, and how you respond when others challenge or cross personal limits.
