Breast milk

I am having a shower with my mother and sister. As I shower, my breasts leak milk. I realize this has happened before n tell them I’ve been wanting to tell them about this. My mother looks concerned and worried. I’m thinking, does she think I’m pregnant? I ask her should I see a doctor and she says yes we should. I ask her should I get a mammogram and she says yes. I am concerned why she looks so worried and I ask are they going to have to prick me with needles. But she seems to be in her thoughts.
