Kangaroo 🦘 land

Someone asked me where I was from and I said “kangaroo land” and they responded with “oh it must’ve been hoppin there ” and I was like huh 🤔 and then I was ohhhh I get it, like poppin but you said hoppin bc kangaroos hop...Idk if this was a dream or if I saw it on a tv show or something I really can’t remember, it felt like a dream and it’s stupid so I can’t imagine someone sayin that in real life 😅
