Farm Life and Scuba Diving

I was driving in the countryside with a man I didn’t know. He was helping me look for the perfect farm to stay and work at for a few weeks. It was reaching golden hour, and everything looked really pretty. We found a farm on a hill that was very small, but a woman ran it alongside a flower field to sell flowers. It was all so beautiful, and I wanted to stay. She also had a goat/lamb, but the animal was disabled and kept running into me. He was cute, though. Then, I was on a beach with professional scuba divers. They were giving me a lesson with another kid who was very young (maybe four). We were told to stay out of the water because a small shark and a jellyfish were fighting. The lesson was that the largest predator is not always the most fearsome, and the jellyfish beat the shark with its wit and poison. We were taken to an underwater facility where scuba divers would practice and hangout, but they would also do research on marine biology. I was a part of some kind of program, and I was supposed to learn to scuba dive. Some of my friends from school were there (specifically my graphic design friends). I was nervous to get started because the facility was dark and small. The walls were green and kind of mossy. It was creepy, it felt like we were living in sewers. I was also feeling claustrophobic as I looked around the facility. The walls often had windows to see the scuba divers going through tight spaces. I watched my friend AL scuba diving in a small tube that only provided a little bit of air at the top. A young boy was with her. I wondered what I’d do if I couldn’t breathe or something went wrong. I was really surprised by my concerns because usually I love the ocean - I love everything about it and I love water. The fact that I was uncomfortable made me more upset because it didn’t seem like me. But something did go wrong. The people running the facility were acting strange. We got the impression that we were being used for something malicious. Maybe we were being trained to scuba dive to steal illegal items from the ocean. One night, I was left alone by this woman to turn off the lights in the facility as everyone started going to bed. I couldn’t find all the light switches, so I found a friend of mine (JB), and we started going through and turning off the lights together. But we discovered weird symbols on the walls. In a common area, we tried to find answers amongst the staff. I started talking to one staff member, who was kind of cute, and took a piece of paper out of his sleeve that he kept hidden. As we talked, the common area started to look like Target. I was sneaking around clothing racks to get answers. His note had the same symbols on it that were on the walls. Suddenly, I was Rory Gilmore, and the man was Dean. I was upset that he was up to something.
