Fluffy Fox Friend

I was trying to go somewhere during rainy weather, rushing until morning. I had to cross a river and it was dangerous so I had to be careful, but I managed it. As I traveled, I was approached by what at first seemed like a large red & black wolf, but as it got closer I realised it was a unique kind of fox. The fox was friendly and somehow I knew it wanted to come with me on my journey and guide me/protect me along the way. It was very reassuring and sweet. The fox was fluffy and soft and made me happy :)
