Deb is Bio engineering Mals & parking lot basements filled w mini Harleys

In this dream Deb had a big vacant basement that was like a parking garage and also a massive dark basement parking garage where she was bio-engineering a Belgian Malinois dog with IV medicine where the dogs could fully comprehend with complete understanding of every word of human language but the cannot speak it of course. Then ppl descend on qfacs with cop cars and flashing lights —it’s nighttime and very dark there are all these mini Harley Davidson motorcycles like the ones in the kid merry go round motorcycle ride at the Ex, The CNE circa 79-81. I can’t remember more of details but the ere was much more to it. 5/15-16
