Downtown flood

Was downtown in a tall building like apartment? Just a few blocks away from the courthouse which had a section built on that was like a sideways rounded rectangle the same height and lots of horizontal windows and a huge wind storm came we were told it would be as bad as some other past one somewhere else can’t recall. Like twin towers but which obviously wasn’t a wind storm. Anyway, it started getting real bad and I looked out the windows and that whole section had broken off and was in flood waters that were like raging our way. People were running and most weren’t going to make it. I was up high but not far away and I think was with zoe? Another dream was I was with someone and was noticing someone had taken video and pics of me in public and it was weird and was thinking about us going and one hiding in like hallways of malls watching for who was doing this. For some political thing where both sides were going to be, high schoolers etc were allowed to get ready in Donald trumps house..which worried me mostly because they were on the other teams side and it seemed like he’d have them offed or something. Last one was walking home tried to take a shortcut and was out in country like back way to janesville ? And there was one other kid walking and we turned a corner and there was a condo complex but super fancy and the blacktop in front was super slanted and hard to walk but he did and went. And I was like ummmm maybe this isn’t the way but then saw signs of like Kaiser auto sales place and remembered the dream where that was by a hotel and a casino. So I went kept walking. Came to a parking garages and a little girl tried showing me where she goes to get up to her apartments on these single like elevator things you stand on a one person platform and pull a lever. It was weird and they kept bumping their heads on the top concrete u til it would finally open to go up the next floor. Weird
