Baby sitting God child

I dreamt I was in my current bedroom, baby sitting my 1 year God son Tijhani. He was sick and I gave him a dropper full of my pink liquid penicillin and I told him to cough and when he coughed green mucus expelled from his mouth and nose. Then I told my 19 year old son Amir to give the baby Tijhani a bottle of water and he did however I was a bit concerned that the water was coming out too fast because the bottle was shaped at an angle.
