This dream seems to evoke themes of privacy, vulnerability, and exposure. Your discovery of a complete medical record online—a space where sensitive personal information is unexpectedly accessible—could symbolize feelings about boundaries being crossed or private aspects of your life becoming visible to others without your consent.
