My right hand is rotting...

In this dream, I was cutting dead flesh away from my hand trying to clean it up. I was using fingernail clippers and cut a few sections off. I saw all this yellow paste inside. I realized in order to clean it all up I needed to squeeze it all out. When I did my hand had gotten a lot smaller because so much of it had rotted away. I was outside when this happened. I started walking up hill on this winding road with the other side of it being a cliff face. I was with people and one of them said that they would run ahead to get help. While walking it shifted from my hand to my big toe and I was wondering if I was going to be able to walk. I woke up.
