Double Life Confusion

Started with jumping off a train after realising it's the wrong one, ended up in an alternative timeline. There are helpers I find that I'm eager to talk to and tell them what's happening to me. There is also a boy - a younger brother - that I'm trying to brush off. I was like a cross between Neo from The Matrix + Lain from Serial Experiments Lain like character whose real life was replaced by a fake and a lie, and I am trying to awaken to the truth - at one point I feel like I have a split identity or a clone that I am trying to help - all the while trying to figure out what happened in her/my childhood and who I really am, while also being followed by shadowy powers/agents who are trying to capture me and drag me back to my fake life. I can ride a motorcycle like a pro, go racing with some people. I am also famous and lead a double life, sneaking out of home. My handler reminds me of Oprah and is in charge of PR, she lies to the press about what's going on with me. I remember putting food in a backpack and planning an escape from the house.
