Psycho, my mom getting a shot, and more…

Something about my mom getting a shot and there was some guy and possibly a psycho involved who was like on the loose or something? Then I think I dreamed I was lucid? Or I actually was? And I rubbed my hands together and stared at them and rubbed them together and I didn’t wake up or immediately lose it. I think I was dreaming I was lucid tho if that makes sense 😂 🤷‍♀️ There was more detail but I can’t remember
