Driving on highway

I dreamt I was driving on the highway, not sure where I was going but it seems more like I was driving a go cart. I was driving at normal speed and slowed whenever I went around curves. I was driving smoothly and said I like how I’m driving, I felt proud of myself and there was little traffic. I remember driving through a puddle but it didn’t splash and I didn’t get wet. Next scene I was at a restaurant with a woman and her teenage son, there was a man sitting across from us with her son and he was preventing the son from sitting with his mother. So I told up and commanded the son to come sit with his mother and he followed my instructions. Told the man I’m calling 911 while pushing outside of the restaurant away from the woman and her son. When we got outside there were two other men waiting and all three of them began to harass me. I called 911 and as I was taking to the operator the 3 men continued to harass and distract me from giving the right location to the 911 operator. I’m reading the words and said “I’m sorry they keep bothering me, should I read the numbers?” And the operator said yes read the numbers, so I read out the numbers and one of the men put something on my leg and I took it off and remained calm. Seconds later I saw two police cars pull up and I ran towards them to flag them down. I felt heavy and sobbed in relief and exhaustion as I fell to my knees sobbing with snot and tears pouring from my face. I saw a short light skin male cop exit his car and said there she goes. The Three men scattered and went back into the restaurant when they saw the police. I felt heavy and said I need the strength because I have to go in the restaurant to get the men arrested and then I woke up.
