What should I do?

I dreamt that I was at work at the children’s mental health hospital where I’m currently employed. I believed I was working the evening shift on my unit. I don’t know what happened but my coworker Johnny and my friend William exchanged words and they began to physically fight inside one of the empty bedrooms. Johnny was on top of William then William was able to get back on his feet and got on top of Johnny I was trying to break up the fight while hoping William wins, both men were winded after they finally stopped fighting. Johnny exited the room and it was just William and I. He was wined as he kissed my lips as I stood in front of him trying to calm him down as I pressed my body against his to prevent him from continuing the fight. Another coworker was telling me to leave the room and like another coworker, Angel come in, as Angel entered the room he tried to comfort William and William angrily told Angel not to touch him. Angel handing William the clipboard with tracking sheet, he signed it then Angel apologized and backed off. I then tried to close and locked the door to prevent the fight from happening again but the latch wasn’t working I looked around the room and it was empty and no where for us to sit. William asked me is there another available room and I said yes. He gave me his keys, there were lots of keys, he kissed my lips again and told me to go in that room and get ready for bed. I grabbed the key he sorted out and walked towards the room where the door was already opened. I entered the room locked and the door. The room was neat, clean and nicely furnished. I began to undress when I asked myself if I should leave the door unlocked for William to enter so that he doesn’t have to knock on the door because I have his keys. I believe he went to go cool off before returning to the room with me. I also was worried that people might wonder why are we in a locked room together.
