Pieces of a dream

I had a dream involving BB, a childhood crush. In this dream he and I were in this environment in which I had to find him. He was acting as an informant of some kind for another purpose. At one point I was looking at my skin and it was covered in blackheads, it was gross. This dream was very jumpy, I can’t put it into a linear way very well. Point is that at some point BB has to find me and he does, and then I die.
